Andrew Rhoades is excited to join Asset Investment and contribute to clients’ financial success. He has a wealth of experience working on boards and in business settings to help people achieve results. Andrew worked in business at Kraft Foods in brand management in Tarrytown, NY. He led cross-functional teams of marketing, sales, advertising, production forecasting, and customer accounts. During his time at Kraft Foods, the CEO recognized the beverages division as the most profitable of all divisions at Kraft Foods. Continually learning and growing, he completed two master’s degrees, one from Harvard and, more recently, a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Andrew is committed to a life of ethical service and performance accountability. He was invited to testify before the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on April 27, 2016, examining management practices and agency misconduct. Numerous media sources interviewed him, including CNN, the New York Times, NBC Nightly News, Fox News, Washington Post, Washington Times, and Federal News Radio in Washington, D.C. He also served as a public member on the Lawyer’s Professional Responsibility Board, one of nine members appointed by the Supreme Court of Minnesota to a three-year term. His role was to ensure attorneys practiced law ethically and to provide oversight of the attorney complaints and investigation processes.

Roxy Lin is a visionary entrepreneur and marketing strategist with extensive expertise in digital marketing, advertising, and startup development. She is the founder of Le Club, an innovative platform leveraging AI and customized solutions to redefine meaningful human connections. Under her leadership, Le Club has rapidly scaled its presence to 8 cities across 3 continents, achieved profitability within 2 months of launch, and was featured at the 2024 LA Tech Week hosted by a16z. The platform continues to empower women to forge authentic and impactful connections. 

 Roxy holds a degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from NYU and has pursued advanced studies in Marketing at Harvard Business School. Her diverse experience spans the social media and consumer sectors, demonstrating a unique ability to build brands that deeply resonate with their target audiences. Before founding Le Club, Roxy co-founded and served as CMO of LOGUE in China, an e-commerce platform and media outlet that collaborated with global giants such as ByteDance, Unilever, and Jack & Jones. She has also held key roles at esteemed organizations across the U.S. and Asian markets, including Nestlé and Xiaohongshu, before channeling her insights into the tech-enabled 2C solution space. Her accomplishments have been featured in prominent publications such as Bustle.   

 As a board member, Roxy is committed to driving strategic growth, fostering innovation, and championing initiatives that empower women and elevate human-centric experiences globally.

John is an entrepreneur and aspiring industrialist. John has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain. He started out as a general laborer but overtime he received promotions to Team Leader, Senior Supply Chain Analyst, and Assistant Plant Manager. He attended both Ave Maria University and Harvard University where he obtained degrees in Economics, Political Science, and Finance respectively. In his spare time, he is an avid gamer and an enthusiastic outdoorsman.

Adan is results-driven finance professional with a strong educational foundation from Harvard University and Purdue University. Proven track record of success in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and process improvement. Skilled in automation tools, client relationship management, and project management. 

Currently, he serves as Assistant Vice President, Credit Officer at Axos Bank, where he manage a $945MM portfolio of non-banking financial institutions, ensuring optimal credit risk assessment and portfolio performance. Previously, he held roles at PIMCO as a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, overseeing global Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting, and at LPL Financial as a Financial Analyst, Finance – Private Credit, leading underwriting for business and acquisition loans. His experience also includes consulting roles and serving as an Investment Officer, where he streamlined the servicing pipeline for government-financed small business loans and analyzed fiscal policy to optimize investment incentives.

Dr. Gibaldi is a Professor of Management, Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship at both Harvard University, and St. John’s University (tenured Full Professor), as well as an adjunct Full Professor at Columbia University where he teaches a graduate course in Social Entrepreneurship. He more recently has become part of the faculty at the Bologna Business School (Global MBA program), where he teaches a course in People Management. 

He has served as Co-Chair of Strategic Planning at St. John’s University, and an Organizational Consultant, Executive Coach, and two-time Fulbright Scholar. He has over 30 years of experience in the education and corporate consulting sectors. During his career to date he has published in the areas of Human Resource Management, Career Planning and Development, Strategic Planning, Organizational Development and Change, Higher Education, Issues Related to the Changing face of Retirement, Benefits of Working with an Executive Coach and Fear in the Workplace. 

His present research and writing are in the areas of “The Changing Nature of Workplaces and Word”; “The Nature of Virtual Work” (a published chapter in an Academy of Management publication); “Fear/s Connected to COVID 19 and Returning to the Workplace”, “Leading Virtual Teams”; “The Power of Intrapreneurship”; and “Neuroscience and Management”. His most recent book published in 2019 is entitled; “Organizational Behavior in a Global Context”, and he is presently writing a book addressing; “Social Entrepreneurship”. He has written and delivered over 60 professional papers at international conferences and served as a Fulbright Senior Specialist Scholar at the University of Bologna (Italy) in 2015 and will be in Porto Portugal on a second Fulbright Award in 2025. His educational background is in Psychology, Management, Organizational Behavior, Understanding the Adult Learner in the Workplace, Curriculum and Faculty Development, and Management Development. Dr. Gibaldi has many personal interests including serving on two nonprofit boards. He presently serves as the Board Chair of the Sansone Foundation, in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Dr. Gbamila Omotoye is a transformational leader. He is the founder of Hope Alive Coaching Consulting. He is the current President of MAK logistics Company. He is the Director of Ministry and Global Mission at Redeemers University North America. He holds Bachelor's degree in finance, Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Doctorate degree in Transformational Leadership, and Doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology. He obtained several other diploma and various certifications. He is a conference speaker, and he is a certified life coach. He believes that the best way to lead is to serve.

Deyna Parvanova is a seasoned tax advisor, financial strategist, and real estate investor with a strong record of helping businesses optimize profitability, reduce tax liabilities, and  improve financial transparency. As President of DuPage Tax Solutions, she has successfully  integrated her expertise into the operations of hundreds of companies, providing strategic  financial guidance across various industries.   

Before leading DuPage Tax Solutions, Deyna worked as a research associate at Harvard  University, focusing on tax incentives for real estate development and business planning.  This experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of financial policy, taxation  strategies, and the economic factors that influence investment decisions. By analyzing the  impact of tax regulations on businesses, she gained valuable insights that she now applies  when advising clients on tax strategy, financial planning, and long-term business growth.   

Deyna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management with  concentrations in Finance and Government at Harvard. She was awarded the prestigious  Reginald H. Phelps Prize for outstanding academic achievement and character, recognizing  her as one of the top three students in the Harvard Class of 2021. Additionally, she was  recognized as a Gold Scholar, Honors Scholar, and a member of the All-Illinois Academic  Team during her studies. She is also a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society and  Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.  

Deyna’s expertise in tax strategy, financial planning, and business advisory services makes  her a valuable asset to the board. Her commitment to sustainable financial growth aligns  with the corporation’s mission of investing across multiple economic sectors to achieve  short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial goals.
