AiFs Market Named Samantha “Sam” Santiago-Paez as CEO

AiFs Market Inc. is pleased to announce that Samantha "Sam" Santiago-Paez, J.D. has been named Chief Executive Officer of AiFs Market, effective July 13, 2026. 

Sam is a very experience business executive with 14 years building, scaling, and governing regulated financial services organizations — including founding and growing an independent consulting firm and serving as CEO of a fintech's broker-dealer and registered investment adviser entities. She brings a rare combination for regulated businesses: direct P&L and team-building experience in hiring, training, and, paired with deep regulatory fluency as a former examiner and multi-firm Chief Compliance Officer — reducing the regulatory and reputational risk that typically slows growth in this sector. 

Sam has built organizational, operational, and governance infrastructure from the ground up for three entities, served as primary liaison to SEC, FINRA, and state regulators, and holds a JD from Vermont Law School and nine FINRA licenses. She has served as primary point of contact for SEC, FINRA, and state regulators; manage examinations, deficiency responses, regulatory inquiries, and remediation efforts. She holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School and nine FINRA licenses.
